US House of Representative: a Complaint

Because of the absence of legislation that forbids certain groups connected to US intelligence and the Pentagon from using military grade classified and highly advanced technologies and weapons systems based in space (3; 6. ), that can effect the physical and psychological health of individuals, a group of people unknown to me have directed and caused abuses, harassment, defamation of character, in every city, environment, business, restaurant, family, and friends house, hospital, school campus, etc. that I have been in for more than 4 years.

The cover used for this is Gang Stalking (5. ) , with dozens of websites from supposed victims, some from Canada, but also the US and around the world. ( google search gang stalking; covert harassment). I have confirmed no other victim, only bogus victims, and forums that substantiate this cover as a lie, planned to blame it on organized criminal hires, for various purposes. 

According to a report by Professor Peter Phillips and his colleagues from Sonoma University, published in 2006 and now on the web, interviews with several victims attests to this illegal testing. These victims backed up their claims with evidence both “anecdotal and physical” (3.  Phillips, Brown, Thornton ).  That report is entitled US Electromagnetic Weapons and Human Rights.   

Today, and for decades so it seems, our sitting representatives are allowing extreme abuses to taken place. For this writer, it is the likes that mimic a Jewish person living in a non Jewish German neighborhood, circa 1934 in Germany, during the run up to boarding the death trains. The only difference is that there are no concentration camps. What there is are incredible technologies of surveillance, and neurologically based weapons systems, and plenty of funding.

My house is continually entered in my absence, clothing is vandalized, incredible theft, and the police in all locations are controlled by these unknown people.

My work environments become a playground for unseen hands to direct co-workers and others to perform harassment, mocking, or some directed scripted actions, than I am fired.

My family has been told lies that I am a homosexual, and other things are spread to others depending on how much they can get away with.

The US Representatives could in this light be viewed as powerless in the face of illegitimate activities of the US military, Pentagon, CIA and the Department of Defense.

In 1999, the EU Parliament Resolution on Environment, Security and Foreign Policy (A4-0005/99, see footnote 1)  takes issue with technologies with capability to manipulate the human organism. It also calls on disclosure concerning the US Military’s  HAARP project (HAARP explained below in last paragraph here).

 It is known by some well respected people (3; 4 ) that some of this is going on due to hidden money given to some entity connected to military and intelligence who run ‘experiments’ that use advanced radio frequency and neurologically based electromagnetic weapon systems  to play with an individual endlessly.

Public officials, DAs, lawyers, law enforcement I have approached are obstructed by the people doing this operating this. 

A list the businesses, individuals, police departments, public spaces, property managements, hotels, transportation, public officials, etc. that have been directly affected by this operation aimed at me would be very long.

Who would use a military weapon on a civilian in the US, endlessly? There is plenty of proof, US Military documents attesting to the technology (google SEARCH thomas HR 2977 ). Representatives and public officials are needed, to address this very serious human rights violation against this writer, and others. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) seems to be the only brave person who addressed the misuse of technologies and use (testing) of them by DoD and military (and CIA). Here is what he acknowledges in his bill, that failed to pass: space based weapons…inflict death…energies directed at individuals..:

In a document subtitled Appraisal of Technologies of Political Control ( PE 168. 394/Fin.St.) the European Parliament confirms such technologies and weapons systems, and acknowledges the US Military CIA illegal testing on humans, as fact. To quote from page 69 of the 2000 report ” That the US has undertaken a variety of _mind control programmes in the past such as MkULTRA and MkDELTA is a matter of public record and those using electromagnetic radiation such as PANDORA have been the focus of researchers in para-politics for many years.355 More recently, authors such as Begich and Roderick have alleged significant breakthroughs in the ability of military high frequency electromagnetic technologies to manipulate human behaviour.356″ end quote (EU Parliament Crowd Control Weapons page 69. sec. 6.3.4 Direct Energy Weapons link found in footnote 2 below   )

US military’s HAARP Project in Alaska, HAARP, High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program: it is basically a very large radio transmitter ( HAARP’s webpage: http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/ ). It is an ionosphere heating system, and over the horizon radar for communications and ‘through structure and ground surveillance. To quote from one writer in Poptronics “These techniques can be applied to a system of surveillance for both defense and civilian purposes, in which the U.S. Air Force can then deal more effectively with such things as terrorist groups and crowd control. However, this would be achieved by producing mild to severe physiological disruption or perceptual distortion or disorientation. U.S. Air Force documents revealed that a system for interrupting and exploiting human mental processes through pulsed radio-frequency radiation over large geographical areas is feasible and desirable. By creating and directing balls of energy at lightning speeds, it could be possible to manipulate the minds of people by altering the electrical energy already present in their brains.” (Brooke Berlin, HAARP: Progress or Mind Control? Poptronics Magazine, October 2001) This confirms what has been a more detailed study of USAF documentation and HAARP related patents by Dr. Nick Begich (footnote 4. pt. B)  

Authorities both local and federal know of this attention given to this writer, and an honest estimate based on communications with such authorities rightly leads to the conclusion that both have had contact and obstruction (and instruction) by the group conducting this. It is my hope that representatives become familiar with this action, the entities doing it, and the source of funding investigated. It is a disservice to communities, businesses, public spaces, and individuals known to this writer. It is a human rights violation, and a violation to individual civil rights and constitutional rights. It is ongoing criminality aimed at one person, using strangers, community members, businesses, and people known.

Carole Smith, Psychoanalyst, as well as Dr. Nick Begich, researcher and author, have both exposed the abuses that have come from the misuse of these technologies, and the capbilities that exist within US military infrustructure, which is highlighted to the best extent by Dr. Nick Begich (referenced works below) . Firstly, Carole Smith, a psychoanalyst by training addresses her article (linked below) to professionals within the fields of medicine, neuroscience, and psychiatry, though the article is accessible to the lay reader. Reported in Angles Don’t Play this HAARP, and from Nick Begich’s reading of USAF 1982 Final Report On Biotechnology Research Requirements For Aeronautical Systems Through the Year 2000, as well as Radiofrequency Radiation Dosimestry Handbook, he states (pgs. 165-166) that ”What this seemed to say [in reference to a quote from Handbook] was that the   objective of the research would be towards mind manipulation at a distance, where the military could alter what people thought and, at the same time know what they thought. 5. Gang Stalking / Covert Harassment which are covers for military / CIA operations using criminal measures to use technologies this and possibly other civilians.  The sites on the internet concerned with so called gang stalking/covert harassment/target individual (Google search these words) do depict some of what transpires on a day to day basis, to subjects undergoing harassment and covert torture, within CIA-US military’s testing of these technologies (1.), but the mere number of sites, as well as the fiction that states these operations are a growing sociopathic phenomena, is indication that these sites aim at covering the reality, as well as capturing the attention of unwitting non-lethal surveillance subjects. That number of real victims is certain to pale in comparison to the number of people on forums and the internet that claim to be TIs (target individuals) of gang stalking. Furthermore,  the claim by some of these sites is that groups of criminals with portable energy weapons is based on a growing criminal enterprise, that do this for hire (retribution; wrong place wrong time; whistleblowers; witnesses to criminal activity). Also, the idea of community policing (http://www.gangstalkingunited.com/) is wrong, as much of what happens in the experience thus stated above, involves malicious and criminal acts such as drugging, grand theft, and even physical violence. All such websites are perhaps only happened upon by the few victims of this human atrocity and experimentation using US military grade ELF surveillance and electro-neurological technologies.
