personal notes: EM Bioeffects and Surveillance

In support of the text below are references:

Neuromuscular System / electro stimulation:

Consistent sensations from remote electro-stimulations (1.). This is present now as I type. Right foot, under-leg, low and upper, on-off as fast as light switch, varying time frames, differing muscle/nerve tissue affected simultaneously, though each having independence of generated sensations ( as if individual controls to each area affected ).  The discovery of literature concerning the misuse of US weapons and communications systems (space and ground based) has been located and is found on links page .

Externally generated sensations to neuromuscular system since mid 2008. There is no other way them than as resulting from an operator of remote EM technologies, arbratrarily directed like a flick of a light switch, and perhaps at times computerized.

Externally (direct energy weapons system/ EMF) generated intrusions to living space, creating electronically timed sounds (inorganic, unnatural to typical environment) that mimic the sound of the surface where the sound emanates from, as if a small stone or object hits the surface (partition hung from ceiling, tile, paper, metal, kitchen counter).

Repetitive gesturing by 1 to many people in any locations (store, library, cafe, restaurant, drinking etc.). If alone to read newspaper, or do work in library, these people populate the area, come and go, and make varying sounds that indicate to me that they are directed.

Such sounds are coughing unnaturally ( 2), to get attention, unnatural intended clearing of throat, conversations with content given to them by the people who have knowledge of family friends etc. etc.  It is intrusive, and the library staff is well aware of this being done whenever I am present, as are regular places such as cafes.

Aside from the externally induced remote electro-stimulations, there are other intrusions to body.

The following quote is does represent some of the experiences attempted to relate here highlighted in bold:

Carole Smith (On the Need for New Criteria of Diagnosis of Psychosis in Light of Mind Invasive Technology, 2003, JPSS: http://www.btinternet.com/~psycho_social/Vol3/JPSS-CS2.html )

Part of the effort is to remind the victim that they are constantly under control or surveillance. Programmes vary, but common forms of reminders are electronic prods and nudges, body noises, twinges and cramps to all parts of the body, increasing heart beats, applying pressures to internal organs – all with a personally codified system of comments on thoughts and events, designed to create stress, panic and desperation…………………

Bizarre noises are emitted from the body, a body known well enough by its owner to recognize the noises as extrinsic; air is pumped in and out of orifices as if by a bicycle pump. Gradually the repertoire is augmented – twinges and spasms to the eyes, nose, lips, strange tics, pains in the head, ringing in the ears, obstructions in the throat, pressure on the bowel and bladder causing incontinence; tingling in the fingers, feet, pressures on the heart, on breathing, dizziness, eye problems leading to cataracts; running eyes, running nose; speeding up of heart beats and the raising of pressure in the heart and chest; breathing and chest complaints leading to bronchitis and deterioration of the lungs; agonizing migraines; being woken up at night, sometimes with terrifying jolts ; insomnia; intolerable levels of stress from the loss of one’s privacy. end quote

I can confirm some of what is depicted in the above quote. This has been idenitified by myself to certain individuals known well much of adult life.  Some neither deny nor acknowledge as true. Others know of this operation, acknowledge the facts stated, but have been denied visiting this writer by the people controlling his or her association with this writer.

Electrode delivered patent computerized (electro stimulation):

United States Patent 5562718

Electronic neuromuscular stimulation device

An electronic neuromuscular stimulation device (10) that is operated by a computerized electronic control unit (20). The unit (20) includes at least two and preferably four output channels to which are connected a corresponding set of electrode output cables (12). Each cable has attached a positive electrode (12D) and a negative electrode (12E) that are attached to selected areas of a patient’s anatomy. The unit (20) also includes controls, indicators, and circuitry that produce nerve stimulation pulses that are applied to the patient through the electrodes (12D,12E). The nerve stimulation pulses consist of individual pulses that are arranged into pulse trains and pulse train patterns. The pulse train patterns, whose selection depends on the type of ailment being treated, includes sequential patterns, delayed overlapping patterns, triple-phase overlapping patterns, reciprocal pulse trains, and delayed sequenced “sprint interval” patterns. The overlapping patterns are particularly timed to take advantage of neurological enhancement.
